2009 Sumerset 20 x 90 Custom

This like new Sumerset 20 x 90 Custom houseboat still has 4 years on her 5 year warranty. She has only 18 hours on her twin Mercruiser 5.0 liter 260 H.P. engines and 10 hours on the Westerbeke 20 KW generator. There are 3 bedrooms with a king bed in the master stateroom and queen beds in the guest staterooms. There are 2 bathrooms with showers including a custom tile shower in the master bath. The galley includes a side by side refrigerator / freezer, glass-top stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, wine cooler and a under counter ice maker. There are a total of five flat panel TV's with a 52" in the salon entertainment center. Each bedroom has a TV along with TV's located on the front deck and upper party deck.
