Friday, 5/27/2011 3:00 PM - ELECTRIC UPDATE: Electricity has been turned on to D Dock. Only dock with electricity off now is Dock F.

Thursday, 5/26/2011 3:00 PM - Current lake level is 933.82. The Lake crested last night about midnight at 934.16 and has slowly started down. The communication with the Corps is to expect this high water, perhaps as high as 931 for an extended period of time as the water clears downstream.

ACCESS UPDATE: We have caught up today in getting new ramps built and placed to access docks A, B, C, E, F & G. Dock D is the only dock without shore access, and we are running shuttles to dock D. There are new pictures below of the ramps to each dock.

ELECTRICITY UPDATE: Also, we are able to turn back on some more electricity, and by the end of today docks A, B, C, E, G will have power. The lake needs to drop another 6 inches to electrify Dock D, and to about 928 to electrify Dock F. Unfortunately, we cannot expect power to dock F for perhaps weeks.

If you are planning a trip down to your boat this weekend, please be prepared for limited parking as well as non-traditional ramps to your dock. We do not suggest bringing family or guests who cannot traverse multiple levels of dock floats as well as wobbly bridges. Lighting on these bridges and throughout the marina is an additional concern of ours, so please have flashlights available for the evenings. We want to provide access to the docks, however, the conditions have to be taken very seriously. Safety is first concern, if you have any specific questions, please give us a call at the office at 417-338-2828.

Wednesday, 5/25/2011 10:00 AM - Lake Level this morning at 10 is 933.72. The current predicted crest is 934. Still rising about 5 hundreds (half inch) per hour.... they are spilling lots of water through the flood gates so hopefully we're slowing down. In daylight, we can monitor the levels throughout the day so we have turned the electricity back ON to A, B & C Docks. Docks with electricity ON are: A,B,C,E. Docks with electricity OFF are D,F,G.

Tuesday, 5/24/2011 6:00 PM - ELECTRIC UPDATE: We measured the poles and boxes while out with the electric company this evening and based on the predicted crest, the electricity is now OFF to the following Docks: A, B C, D, F, G until the lake crests. Crest at over 934 is predicted late Wednesday or Thursday. Let us know if we can check anything your boat. Click the link below for the current lake level hourly. As of 4 PM, there were 10 Flood gates open at Table Rock Dam spilling 56,800 CFS, and Beaver Lake is spilling 56,000 CFS into TR as well.

Tuesday, 5/24/2011 5:00 PM - ELECTRIC UPDATE: The electricity will be turned back OFF this evening to Docks C, D, F & G until the lake crests... which is predicted late Wednesday or Thursday. ACCESS UPDATE: Docks A,B,C,D are shuttle only, and Docks E,F G have newly installed ramps as of 6 pm tonight. The lake has come up over 2 feet in the last 24 hours and the latest Corps prediction is a crest at 934 and some change, just a bit under the record of 935 reached a few weeks ago. It's 932.4 currently and still rising. Additional levels depend directly on any additional rain, which may be expected tonight, so keep your fingers crossed for no wind and little rain. The Harbor guys are fabricating and installing additional walkways and our goal is to have temporary walkway ramps in place for all docks prior to the Memorial Day Weekend. Stay tuned to this blog for more information, and as always please call or email if you have any questions.
